Update #5: First social goal unlock and tonight’s art livestream!

We hit 50 shares this morning, which means we’ve just unlocked our first social goal! Thanks to everyone’s participation on social media, we’ve now unlocked a quest that’ll be written by none other than Binnie who’s famous for quests such as Darling Violetta and Best Wishes. With another 50 shares, we’ll unlock another new quest for The Future, so make sure to keep sharing with your friends and family on Facebook and Twitter!
Keep sharing! Everyone surely wants to see what the mystery goal is, right?
We’d also like to take a moment to announce the winner of our recent writing contest, Thespians and Thieves. This contest wrapped up just before the Kickstarter, and the judges’ votes are in: Congratulations to Bethany K and her quest Breakout From Clan Bearfang! We hold writing contests every month or so - this month’s contest is Stories of the Stars. If you’re interested in seeing these, make sure to follow us on our social media and subscribe to our quest crafter newsletter.

Chris will be doing a livestream tonight! Tune in to Kickstarter, Facebook, or his Twitch to watch him draw the Druegar live. He might even show off some more of the base game enemies if you ask nicely! He’ll be going live at 7 PM until 11 PM (EST).

Update #4: New quest, stretch goals, and Kickstarter plans!

Last night we hit our first stretch goal, a new quest that utilizes the new cards and themes in Expedition: The Future! For this quest, we’ll be working with Louse & Earl, the community authors that created Going on a Bear Hunt (Base, 2-6 players) and The Horror Awakens (Horror, 1-2 players).
We’ve also reworked the stretch goals, so at 30k you’ll now unlock the “GM’s Corner” and a New Quest at the 40k and 50k intervals. GM’s Corner will serve as a feature of Expedition that helps quest creators, new and old, learn the system of Expedition through play and practice! Think of it as an interactive tutorial to quest creating and GMing any RPG!
If that wasn’t enough of a reason to keep sharing and spreading the word, we’re less than 10 shares away from unlocking our our first sharing goal at 50 shares - another quest! All your have to do is keep sharing the pinned posts on Facebook, pinned tweet on Twitter, or the Kickstarter link.
Tonight Todd will be on Victory Condition Gaming at 8 PM (EST) to talk about Expedition: The Future with Doug Shutes! Go ahead and give his page a follow so you'll be notified when he goes live, and take a look at the events to show you're interested or going.
Next week, we’re planning on having another livestream where the team of Expedition sits down to show off the Online Multiplayer feature in the app. We might even have some new things to announce or show off on the stream, so stay tuned!

Update #3: Funding, Livestream recap, and a writing contest!

We’re funded in less than 24 hours, that’s incredible! From here on, we’ll be working towards the awesome stretch goals. At 20k, we’ll unlock a New Quest using ‘The Future’ written by one of our best authors. Help us reach it by sharing with your friends, posting on Facebook, and tweeting on Twitter! (You'll also be working towards some sweet social goals.)
Todd and Scott did their Livestream last night and you can find the recording of it here! They played through the tutorial and answered some great fan questions.
We’re also happy to announce that our Online Multiplayer and Saving features are out of Beta and available in the app now! (make sure you’re on v1.18.4 or higher) If you encounter any bugs, you can report them here. Make sure to grab a friend and try it out later today!
In addition to that, we’re happy to announce our Kickstarter Writing Contest, Stories of the Stars! The winner of this contest will receive a signed copy of the Deluxe Edition and 500 loot points. To enter, head to our Quest Creator, write a quest using Synth Enemies and other Expedition: The Future Card, and publish it by October 28th at midnight EST. We’ll announce the winner on October 30th at 7:00 PM EST.

Todd and Scott are now streaming on Kickstarter and Facebook! They’ll be playing through a game of Expedition: The Future, making some exciting announcements, and answering fan questions live.

Holy space cows - thanks to all our supporters and backers we’re almost halfway to funding in just a few hours! We’re about $4,800 from funding, so if you want to keep helping, make sure to keep sharing and posting about Expedition. Every little bit helps!
If you want to try Expedition: The Future, check out our free Print-and-Play and make sure to enable ‘The Future’ in the app. Our new quest Learning to Play 3: The Future walks you through the new Synth enemies and Skills!
Later tonight we’ll be having a livestream at 9pm EST with the creators of Expedition, Scott and Todd, sharing some exciting announcements and doing a live playthrough of Expedition: The Future right here on Kickstarter and Facebook!
